About James
I am James Carey, founder of JC Pro Services, where I leverage over 25 years of experience in law, technology, and education to deliver transformative business solutions. As a creative and passionate problem solver, I specialize in the robust Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 to offer tailored business process solutions, workflow automation, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and web design.
My extensive legal background as a paralegal and attorney, including time at a top-ranked AmLaw firm, has honed my skills in meticulous research and thorough analysis. Having been intricately involved in legal research and due diligence for large real estate transactions and merger & acquisition deals ranging from $100 million to $2 billion, I have sharpened my ability to inquisitively explore every detail to identify potential risks—skills that I seamlessly translate into developing comprehensive solutions for my clients.
Over seven years moonlighting as a law professor, teaching real estate and family law to adult learners pursuing paralegal studies, my passion for teaching grew as I refined my hands-on, collaborative approach. Having trained hundreds of students and delivered numerous presentations, I apply this same collaborative, hands-on methodology with my clients, walking side by side with them through every phase of the process to ensure they grasp and can implement the solutions we develop.
My introduction to and love for the Power Platform was borne as a citizen developer for the largest U.S. telecom infrastructure company, where I created customized tools that significantly streamlined operations and saved tens of thousands of dollars. This experience not only deepened my technical expertise but also my ability to apply business knowledge in a tech-driven context. It was this passion for problem-solving and my ability to transform inefficiencies into streamlined processes that led me to start JC Pro Services.
In addition to being a licensed Texas attorney, I hold several Microsoft certifications for the Power Platform and Azure AI. My unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and business and my analytical ability from years of legal training, allow me to translate complex business problems into efficient and sustainable solutions.
